As usual on running days, I ran for 10 minutes. Even though I don't really mention it, I do make sure to stretch before my exercises, especially on leg and running days. I'm
proud to say that I can touch the ground flat-handed again!! How Marvelous! I'm still a long way to go before I get back into the same shape I was in back in my Karate days, but this is noticeable improvement!

  • Ab Superset #1
    • Crunches
      • 2x25
    • Leg raises
      • 2x25

My feet are really starting to hurt because of running in shoes not meant for it, and I haven't even intensified my workouts yet! I've almost decided on getting exuberantly expensive pair of running shoe (expensive as all pairs of running shoes seem to be). I'll let you know when, if, and how that goes down.
