I ran for 20 minutes! I didn't know if I could do it, but it ended up being a lot easier than I thought. The biggest thing you need is is patience. Twenty minutes can feel is a long time, especially when you're not doing something easy. I do think I need to be paying more attention to the amount of sleep I'm getting. I felt pretty sluggish today, and I don't want that to continue. Maybe it's because I burnt a lot of energy during the run, but I'm inclined to think it was due to a lack of sleep.
I'm looking forward to tomorrow, when I get to give my lifting routine another go! |
