I don't know what it was, but I was having a bit of trouble today. I made it through, but I felt really sluggish. I think it was a double whammy: I don't think I ate enough carbs yesterday, and I don't know if I've gotten quiet enough sleep. But even though I felt low on energy, I did good effects! Join me as we find out how I will feel tomorrow!
