Before my workout, I ran for 5 minutes to warm up. Great idea. After that, I could touch the ground flat-handed during my stretches! Haven't done that in a while.
This is my very last Tuesday on the old system. I should have started on leg curls a lot longer ago!
- Superset #1
- Dumbbell Squats
- Straight Leg Deadlift (Getting better at it this week. Movements should be a little fast.)
- Superset #2
- Ballet Squats
- Leg curls
- 25lbs/leg, 2x10 (maybe I should decrease the weight)
- Superset #3
- Shoulder Press
- 30lbs/arm, 2x20 (Pretty darn hard. Continue doing this!)
- Seated Calf Raises
- Superset #4
- Lateral Raises
- 10lbs/arm, 1x20; 12.5lbs/arm 1x20 (Start @ 12.5lbs next time)
- Calf Press
