Before my workout, I ran for 5 minutes to warm up. Great idea. After that, I could touch the ground flat-handed during my stretches! Haven't done that in a while.

This is my very last Tuesday on the old system.  I should have started on leg curls a lot longer ago!

  • Superset #1
    • Dumbbell Squats
      • 30lbs/leg, 2x20
    • Straight Leg Deadlift (Getting better at it this week. Movements should be a little fast.)
      • 30lbs/leg, 2x20
  • Superset #2
    • Ballet Squats
      • 30lbs/leg, 2x2
    • Leg curls
      • 25lbs/leg, 2x10 (maybe I should decrease the weight)
  • Superset #3
    • Shoulder Press
      • 30lbs/arm, 2x20 (Pretty darn hard. Continue doing this!)
    • Seated Calf Raises
      • 90lbs, 2x20
  • Superset #4
    • Lateral Raises
      • 10lbs/arm, 1x20; 12.5lbs/arm 1x20 (Start @ 12.5lbs next time)
    • Calf Press
      • 90lbs, 2x50
