You know, at the time I didn't think my pecs were getting much of a workout yesterday. Today, the fact was painfully apparent, and will be even more painful tomorrow. Not to worry, for tomorrow, I go to space!
  • Superset #1
    • Dumbbell Squats
      • 35lbs/leg, 3x15 (A joke)
    • Straight-leg Dead Lift
      • 35lbs/leg, 3x15
  • Superset #2
    • Ballet Squats
      • 35lbs/leg, 1x15
      • 40lbs/leg, 2x15 (Next time, start on 40lbs. Maybe go up to 45)
    • Leg Curls
      • 25lbs/leg, 2x15 + 1x10 (I'll beat this yet!)
  • Superset #3
    • Shoulder Press
      • 35lbs/arm, 2x15 1x8 (don't give up!)
    • Seated Calf Raises
      • 55lbs/leg, 3x25
  • Superset #4
    • Lateral raises
      • 15lbs/arm, 1x15
      • 12.5lbs/arm 2x15 (I'm coming for you, 15s!)
    • Seated Calf Press
      • 190lbs, 3x50 (hard, but not as hard as it sounds)
This was a good workout! This was the first time in many weeks that I've actually had trouble ascending the stairs after dressing back in. I expect great things in the coming weeks!
Tomorrow, though, I will face my greatest enemy: running for 20 minutes! We meet again, eh? Draw your weapon! This is going to be a throw down.
