Today was a bad day for fitness, and tomorrow won't be much better.

Because of a test I didn't go to the gym! Ah! I thought I was unstoppable, but there was just no break from the studying, and did it all night long (not in a good way). I took a short break from the study to do the wimpy and miniscule workout below, mostly because I couldn't live with myself.

      • 2x20
    • Bedside dips
      • 2x20
I didn't even do two variations on that set. But sometimes we have to be able to rewrite our plans and move on, the particularly bad thing about this failure is that I'm going to be intensifying next week, and I needed these days to prepare!
