Today I took a 10-minute run to try and make up for yesterday, and what I found was it made me feel great for my workout! I'm considering doing a run before every work out, but it might be hard on leg days.
I was feeling great today, and I finished surprisingly fast! Even with the running, which included several rounds of stretching, I made it out of the gym in less than 1.5 hours! Hopefully my body will have plenty to chew until I make it out again tomorrow. |
