Today I took a 10-minute run to try and make up for yesterday, and what I found was it made me feel great for my workout! I'm considering doing a run before every work out, but it might be hard on leg days.

  • Superset #1
    • Bent over dumbbell rows
      • 35lbs/side, 2x20
    • Incline Dumbell Press
      • 30lbs/side, 1x20, 1x16+4
  • Superset #2
    • Chambered Bent over row (2 arms)
      • 55lbs, 1x20; 60lbs, 1x20
    • Inclined Dumbbell Flys
      • 25lbs/arm, 2x20
  • Superset #3
    • Dumbbell Curls
      • 15lbs/arm, 2x20
    • Reverse Curls
      • 30lbs, 2x20
  • Superset #4
    • Hammer Curls
      • 15lbs/arm, 2x20
    • Skull Crackers
      • 15lbs/arm, 2x20

I was feeling great today, and I finished surprisingly fast! Even with the running, which included several rounds of stretching, I made it out of the gym in less than 1.5 hours! Hopefully my body will have plenty to chew until I make it out again tomorrow.
