Today I borrowed my roommates running shoes, and let me tell you, that made a huge difference! The shoes are lighter and more shock absorbing than normal shoes. After having your feet in them for a while, putting your normal shoes back on feels like strapping marble slabs to your feet. I'm leaning toward buying me some for my own self. :)

I ran for 10 minutes.
  • Ab Superset # 1
    • Crunches
      • 2x25
    • Leg raises
      • 2x25
This concludes my beginner's beginner's workout. Starting on the next workout, I increase the weights (by how much, I'll have to experiment), increase my sets from 2 to three, and make sure I run for 20, instead of just 10 minutes.
