Sorry, I've been sluggish in updating but I did run 20 min on this day.
  • Ab superset
    • Butterfly supercrunch (real name?)
      • 3x25
I used this exercise to get my upper and lower abs at the same time because I was in a hurry. 

First week done!!! It's all downhill after this.
