Today I didn't play Ultimate with the guys, even though I through the Frisbee around with them beforehand, because the ground was just too wet, and I didn't have a change of shoes to use if my normal ones got soggy. So it's been brought to my attention that I need a pair of cleats! Frisbee, football, soccer, anything that has me running on the field would be improved by a nice pair of cleats (hopefully with some red in them).

I ran for 10 minutes on the track, and even went a tad bit faster than usual.
