This was the first day of intensified workouts! That is, I added an extra set and more weight. I think I'll be able to add more in the future. For now, I'm getting used to it all over again. - Superset #1
- Bent over Dumbbell Rows
- Inclined Dumbbell Press
- Superset #2
- Dumbbell Pullover (So far, I got it to work for me again)
- Inclined Dumbbell Flys
- Superset #3
- Dumbbell Curls
- Reverse Curls (two arm)
- 35lbs, 3x15 (next time try 40lbs)
- Superset#4
- Concentration Curls
- Tricep Pull Down
I think this has a lot of potential, but It's going to take me a couple times to get it just right. I felt more burn with lower weights and higher reps, but I think my approach will vastly improve over the next week! |
