This was the first day of intensified workouts! That is, I added an extra set and more weight. I think I'll be able to add more in the future. For now, I'm getting used to it all over again.
  • Superset #1
    • Bent over Dumbbell Rows
      • 40lbs/arm, 3x15
    • Inclined Dumbbell Press
      • 35lbs/arm, 3x15
  • Superset #2
    • Dumbbell Pullover (So far, I got it to work for me again)
      • 40lbs, 3x15
    • Inclined Dumbbell Flys
      • 30lbs, 3x15
  • Superset #3
    • Dumbbell Curls
      • 20lbs/arm, 3x15
    • Reverse Curls (two arm)
      • 35lbs, 3x15 (next time try 40lbs)
  • Superset#4
    • Concentration Curls
      • 20lbs/arm, 3x15
    • Tricep Pull Down
      • 40lbs, 3x15
I think this has a lot of potential, but It's going to take me a couple times to get it just right. I felt more burn with lower weights and higher reps, but I think my approach will vastly improve over the next week!
