Ah, the fifth week! Let's start it out right.
  • Superset #1
    • Bent over dumbbell row (May find another exercise. Does too much to my shoulders)
      • 35lbs/arm, 2x20
    • Inclined dumbbell bench
      • 30lbs/arm, 2x20
  • Superset #2
    • Chambered bent over row (2 arm)
      • 65lbs, 2x20
    • Inclined Dumbbell Flys
      • 25lbs/arm, 2x20
  • Superset #3
    • Dumbbell Curls
      • 15lbs/arm, 2x20
    • Reverse Dumbbell Curls
      • 30lbs/arm, 2x20
  • Superset #4
    • Concentration Curls
      • 15lbs/arm 2x20
    • Triceps Pulldowns
      • 45lbs, 2x20
Only have this week to go before my workouts intensify. I had better be for getting ready!
