Ah, the fifth week! Let's start it out right. - Superset #1
- Bent over dumbbell row (May find another exercise. Does too much to my shoulders)
- Inclined dumbbell bench
- Superset #2
- Chambered bent over row (2 arm)
- Inclined Dumbbell Flys
- Superset #3
- Dumbbell Curls
- Reverse Dumbbell Curls
- Superset #4
- Concentration Curls
- Triceps Pulldowns
Only have this week to go before my workouts intensify. I had better be for getting ready! |
