NO EXCUSES! I had a big test today, which I studied all night for, so I was exhausted and had to sleep during the day, so I didn't get to the gym until it was too late! Did that stop me? I'm a train, baby! I don't stop but when I want to! Unorthodox Regiment: - Wide-grip Pushups
- Large Textbook Flys
- Organic and Biochemistry, 2x40
- Milk Curls (alternating)
- 1 gallon skim, 3X30 (This was surprisingly good)
- Milk Tricep kickbacks
- Superset #4
- Pullups
- 2X6 (Man, I used to be able to do more than that!)
- Milk Tricep extensions
Not The best workout I've ever had, but at least is wasn't a total loss. What would you do if you were stuck at home with no weights? |
