NO EXCUSES! I had a big test today, which I studied all night for, so I was exhausted and had to sleep during the day, so I didn't get to the gym until it was too late! Did that stop me? I'm a train, baby! I don't stop but when I want to!

Unorthodox Regiment:
  • Superset #1
    • Pushups
      • 2x20
    • Back (reverse) Crunches
      • 2x25
  • Superset #2
    • Wide-grip Pushups
      • 1x20
    • Large Textbook Flys
      • Organic and Biochemistry, 2x40
  • Superset #3
    • Milk Curls (alternating)
      • 1 gallon skim, 3X30 (This was surprisingly good)
    • Milk Tricep kickbacks
      • 1 gallon skim, 2X20
  • Superset #4
    • Pullups
      • 2X6 (Man, I used to be able to do more than that!)
    • Milk Tricep extensions
      • 1 gallon skim, 2x30
Not The best workout I've ever had, but at least is wasn't a  total loss. What would you do if you were stuck at home with no weights?
