Today was better (not by much) than yesterday's almost complete lack of exercise. Not only had I no sleep, but I also had no time!! This led to a true half day, where I performed only one superset per muscle group instead of two, which is a shame considering this is my last lifting day on the old system, and despite it all I was feeling really good today!
Hardly a full day, but hopefully it'll keep me from deteriorating until I can get back to my normal schedule next week. This was my last day on my old system, next week things get a little more interesting. |
