This Friday the 13th got me a little in lab, but it was miles away from the gym! - Superset #1
- Dumbbell Squats
- 40lbs/leg, 3x15 (Much better)
- Straight-leg Dead Lift
- Superset #2
- Leg extensions
- Leg Curls
- 25lbs/leg, 2x15 + 1x10 (Hitting the same sticking point. Maybe I should go back down?)
- Superset #3
- Shoulder Press
- Seated Calf Raises
- Superset #4
- Lateral raises
- Shoulder Shrugs
- 70lbs/arm, 1x15
- 80lbs/arm, 1x15
- 90lbs/arm, 1x15 (I could do more, maybe try 110 lbs next time?)
- Seated Calf Press
