This Friday the 13th got me a little in lab, but it was miles away from the gym!
  • Superset #1
    • Dumbbell Squats
      • 40lbs/leg, 3x15 (Much better)
    • Straight-leg Dead Lift
      • 40lbs/leg, 3x15
  • Superset #2
    • Leg extensions 
      • 90lbs, 3x15
    • Leg Curls
      • 25lbs/leg, 2x15 + 1x10 (Hitting the same sticking point. Maybe I should go back down?)
  • Superset #3
    • Shoulder Press
      • 35lbs/arm, 3x15
    • Seated Calf Raises
      • 55lbs/leg, 3x25
  • Superset #4
    • Lateral raises
      • Shoulder Shrugs
        • 70lbs/arm, 1x15
        • 80lbs/arm, 1x15
        • 90lbs/arm, 1x15 (I could do more, maybe try 110 lbs next time?)
    • Seated Calf Press
      • 190lbs, 3x50
