Played some awesome ultimate in Patriot Park this morning! I was in for about an hour, and I hope that becomes a regular thing on Saturday. I should definitely take it easy on the pre-game yogurt, though. 10 minutes of running (it's easier and easier!). Maybe I should find out my target heart rate soon. 2x25 Crunches 2x25 Leg Raises I still don't like Leg Raises very much. I have a hard time feeling those in my lower abs. |
