The Weeks fly by!

The routine I use is the 13-week Break-In Routine # 2 found in The Body Sculpting Bible for Men. Generally speaking, it's a high repetition, low weight routine that gets more and more intense (heavier weight, fewer reps, more sets) as the weeks go by. So far, it's been wonderful! I feel better, play longer, have a lot more energy, and I can look forward to even more progress as I complete the work!

Notes for Weeks 1-2
Use Modified Compound Superset (MCS) by performing the first exercise, resting , performing the second exercise, resting again, and then going back to the first exercise. Do this for every set, and then move on to the next MCS. All exercises should be performed with 15-20 repetitions (abs and calfs with 25 repititions), 2 sets each, and 90 seconds rests in between every exercise.  Aerobic exercises (running) should be maintained for 10 minutes.

Notes on Weeks 3-5
Stop using Modified Supersets, you big pansy! You've graduated to regular Supersets, which means no more rest between exercises in a set. All Exerceses should be performed with 20-15 repititions, 2 sets, and a 90 second rest between Supersets only. Aerobic exercice is still 10 minutes.

Notes on Weeks 6-9
Starting on Week 6, add one more set to all your exercises. You'll now be performing three sets instead of two. Increase the weights, and perform fewer repetitions. Also, increase your aerobic activity to 20 minutes. Follow this workout for the next 4 weeks. All Exercises should be performed with 13-15 repititons (except abs and calves which stay at 25), 3 sets, and 90 seconds rest between Supersets.


Notes on Weeks 10-13
Congratulations and welcome to Hell!
Starting on Week 10, you are ready to go up to 4 sets per exercise and 30 minutes of cardio. Increase the weights and perform fewer repetitions (10-12; except for abs and calves where the rep range stays at 25). Follow this workout for the last four weeks and not even your mother will recognize you! You are also in perfect shape now to start the 14-Day Body Sculpting Workout.
