Fitness: Does a body good.

I want to be fit and healthy! Part of that means working out.

I use the 13-week Break-In Routine # 2 found in The Body Sculpting Bible for Men. So far, it's been wonderful! I feel better, play better, have a lot more energy, and I can look forward to even more benefits as the weeks go by!

 

The Schedule!

I lift weights 4 days a week, run 2 days a week, and rest 1 day a week.
 For example:

 Monday
Arms and Back
 Tuesday
Legs and Shoulders
 Wednesday
Abs and Calisthenics
 Thursday
Arms and back
 Friday
Legs and Shoulders
 Saturday
Abs and Calisthenics
 Sunday
Rest

It's a 13-week program, so wish me luck!
